Who we are

Birth Plus is led by Joyce Dykema and Melissa Hnosko, experienced doulas and perinatal professionals who have been supporting Lincoln families for more than 20 years combined. Together, we are a team of birth and postpartum professionals, working together in Lincoln, Nebraska. We provide families with education, support, and peace of mind throughout the perinatal period.
