Birth Plus was founded by Joyce Dykema, MS, CD/BDT(DONA), PCD(DONA), HCHD, and Melissa Hnosko, IBCLC, CPD(CAPPA) in 2024. With over 23 years of combined experience in birth and postpartum support, we’ve created this space to connect expecting families in Lincoln, Nebraska with compassionate, knowledgeable doulas who can guide you through one of the most transformative times of your life. Joyce, a certified birth and postpartum doula, and Melissa, a certified postpartum doula, are passionate about supporting families every step of the way. Together, we’re proud to lead a team of dedicated doulas who share our commitment to offering personalized, professional care to our community. We're here to support you on your journey—before, during, and after birth.
